1. The service

Pet Trade Innovation Shelf Studio is an AI merchandising design tool. It generates visual shelf renders, bundle notes, label copy drafts and merchandising checklists for planning purposes. It is not a marketplace and does not sell, source, vet or certify physical products.

2. Design drafts only

All outputs are visual design drafts. They do not represent real inventory, availability, purchasing, supplier relationships or product certification. You are responsible for verifying any real-world merchandising decision before acting on a board.

3. No specialist advice

The studio does not provide animal health, feeding or animal training advice, and boards must not be relied on for those purposes.

4. Credits

Credits are consumed to generate shelves and export boards. Credit amounts and prices are shown in USD. Online purchase is not yet enabled; the payment provider is pending and no payment is collected on this site today.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the studio to imply real sourcing, supply or certification.
• Do not upload unlawful content or infringe third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

6. Intellectual property

Subject to these terms, you may use boards you generate for your own internal merchandising planning. The Shelf Studio brand, site and underlying software remain the property of PET TRADE INNOVATIONS LIMITED.

7. Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, PET TRADE INNOVATIONS LIMITED is not liable for merchandising, commercial or other decisions made from generated drafts.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
