Refund Policy

Shelf Studio sells a digital design service. This policy explains the refund boundary for credits and generated boards.

1. Digital service

Credits pay for a digital design service — generating shelf renders and downloadable boards. No physical goods are shipped and no inventory is sold. All amounts are shown and processed in USD.

2. Unused credits

Unused credits may be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been spent on a generation or export. Refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method once checkout is enabled.

3. Used credits and generated content

Credits that have already been spent to generate a shelf or export a board are treated as a delivered digital service and are non-refundable. This reflects that the render has already been produced and delivered to your account.

4. Payment status

Online checkout is not yet live; the payment provider is pending. Because no payment is currently collected on this site, no charges exist to refund today. This policy will apply once paid credit trays are enabled.

5. Problems with a render

If a generation fails or a board does not download correctly, contact us and we will re-credit the affected generation. Re-crediting a failed render is our standard remedy rather than a cash refund.

6. How to request

Email support@pettradeinno.shop with your account email and the credits or board concerned. We respond within two working days. PET TRADE INNOVATIONS LIMITED administers all refunds.
